Servicing OEM Dealer Networks

We stock thousands of GM OEM radios and instrument clusters ready for same day shipment to your dealership. If, however, we don't have your unit in stock, Specmo will refurbish your defective unit to like new condition using state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment to insure electronics are refurbished properly and to factory specifications.  Please note that we cannot refurbish units that are considered 'pitch' units by the vendor. A new unit will need to be purchased.

Our highly trained technical staff can trouble-shoot even the most difficult issues. Our team works closely with the manufacturing engineers who developed the product and our extensive inventory of factory parts allows us to repair radios or instrumentation clusters quickly.

Our Exchange ordering system is designed for authorized GM dealerships throughout North America.

This convenient process allows a dealership to order any of the GM components listed above through our Customer Service Department and have that part expedited to the dealership's service department. In most cases, the dealer will receive the new part the next day. This level of service to our dealer network, allows them to handle their customer's warranty or non-warranty problems quickly so that the use of the vehicle is returned to the consumer in as short a time as possible.

Once a dealership has received the part they have ordered from us, they send the defective 'core' unit back to us using the pre-paid label provided in with the order, using the same shipping carton.
