Please be advised, in accordance with GM Bulletin 08-08-44-029L regarding the Warranty Administration - Electronic Exchange part Process Transaction Submission Information, effective January 1, 2024: GM Dealers will now be responsible for payment to the ESC for all warranty parts ordered and will be invoiced directly by the ESC. Dealers should refer to the bulletin to further understand how dealers should submit warranty claims for ESC parts.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Bulletin #: N242435631 does not
cover any components that fail during the reprogramming. If a module fails, the
part will have to be customer pay/non-warranty, or the dealership has the
option to cover the part under GM Goodwill warranty.
