Our Pre-Exchange ordering system is designed for authorized GM dealerships through out North America.

This convenient process allows a dealership to order a cluster, radio or navigation unit through our Customer Service Department and have that part expedited to the dealership's service department. In most cases, the dealer will receive the new part the next day. This level of service to our dealer network, allows them to handle their customer's warranty problems quickly so that the use of the vehicle is returned to the consumer in as short a time as possible.

Once a dealership has received the part they have ordered from us, they send the defective 'core' unit back in a pre-paid shipping carton.
