	Our Guarantee to You:

	Specmo guarantees all new and rebuilt products against defects in workmanship and material for one full year from purchase date to the original purchaser only. Service labor is guaranteed for six months to the original purchaser. This warranty only covers the product when used and or installed as intended or instructed by the manufacturer or re-manufacturer and is void when the product is altered, misused, neglected or otherwise misapplied. Specmo Enterprises, Inc. does not assume responsibility for misdiagnosis, installation or removal labor, loss of use, inconvenience, loss of income, loss of time or any other consequential expense. All returned products that qualify for warranty coverage will be tested and if found to be defective will be repaired or exchanged (at Specmo's discretion) and returned without charge. All claims must be made through the selling dealer. Products being returned must be accompanied by a copy of our original invoice and must be shipped freight prepaid or brought to the Specmo facility from which they were purchased. We are not responsible for loss or damage in case of theft, fire, acts of nature or any other cause beyond our control. These warranties are in lieu of any other warranties, implied or expressed, for merchantability or fitness and any other obligation on the part of Specmo Enterprises, Inc. or representative thereof or any selling dealer or their representative. Shipping Policy All orders will be shipped FOB from the Specmo facility at which your order was placed. All shipments will be COD unless an open account has been established. There is a $10.00 minimum on all orders. Open Accounts Open accounts are billed at 30 days net of date of shipment. Amounts over 30 days past due will incur a 1.5% service charge per month. Returned Items A handling charge of 15% will apply on all returned items except warranty items. Electronic components and special order items are not returnable.
